Order Processing

All orders received will be shipped within two business days, excluding holidays.

In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, etc.), these shipment processing times may be delayed.

SHIPPING METHODS & TRANSIT TIMES

Transit time count begins after the order is picked up. The ship day is day 0 in the count to calculate transit time. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard: 7-10 business days transit time for US and Canada. May take up to 20 days in some other countries.

GENERAL

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

SHIPPING COST

Standard Shipping: Delivers in 7-10 business days.

Shipping charges are based on order totals, including tax and gift wrap.
